Since its opening, the Ralph E. Powe Center has fostered an entrepreneurial culture and nurtured business entities as they grow, prosper and achieve success. Among 25,000 square feet of office, small meeting and conference room space, the building also features a 3,000-square-foot high-bay, and 7,000 square feet of dedicated cleanroom space. The Powe building is the current home to II-VI Inc., a Pennsylvania-based firm recognized as a global leader in engineered materials and optoelectronic components.
